1. Indonesian based companies / organizations
2. We allow our partners, sponsors, and judges to participate in the competition. Most of them are involved somehow in owning a website or perhaps developing one. Thus it is unavoidable since the Internet community is a very close-knit group of people. However, we will NOT give the judges who own the entries to judge their own websites. We will make sure the judges will only judge the sites that they are not affiliated with.
3. The Website should be maintained and designed locally (having own domain name and not a subset on headquarter website)
4. Web site nomination registered by the official owner/maintainer of the Corporate Website (i.e., President Director, PR Manager, IT Manager, Webmaster, etc).
5. The registered website should be the official website of the companies/organizations
6. Corporate participation is allowed to register for only one of the seven Category (Banking and Finance, Commerce & Consumer, Government, Education, News & Entertainment, Organizations/Community) per entry. Registering one website in two or more categories are not allowed. Please choose the best category to represent the site.
7. Participants may submit more than one entry, however it has to be in a different category and new registration

9. Organizers of BuBu Awards, reserves the right to disqualify Corporate entries if it deem to have not meet the requirements of the event.
10. Organizer of Bubu Awards has the rights to publish the entries in any media without prior notice to owners. Copyrights will still be owned by the owners.
11. The winner(s) of Corporate Category can only be given to the official owner(s) of the website and NOT to the web developers NOR the web designer.
12. The judges’ decisions are final

1. Register online through the official website of bubuawards www.bubuawards.com or at Completing the registration form with correct and true information
2. Free Registration
3. Selecting one of the available Category (i.e, Culture & Tourism, Commerce & Consumer, Government, Education, News & Entertainment, Organizations/Community)
4. Submitting final URL and web entries on or before June 25, 2009
5. Strictly adhering to all rules and regulation set by the organizers of BuBu Awards V.06
